These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Watchdog Security Suite PRO website, products, software, licenses, updates, security feeds, documentation and support services provided by Lumiverse Dynamic.
By purchasing, downloading, installing or using Watchdog Security Suite PRO, you agree to these Terms.

For billing, payment processing, taxes, invoices and checkout-related matters, our payment provider and Merchant of Record is Paddle.
2. Product Description
Watchdog Security Suite PRO is a premium WordPress security plugin designed to help protect WordPress and WooCommerce websites through security features such as firewall protection, traffic monitoring, bot protection, login protection, vulnerability monitoring, malware scanning, rescue workflows and threat intelligence.
No security software can guarantee complete protection against every possible attack, vulnerability, malware infection or compromise. Watchdog Security Suite PRO is provided as a security tool to reduce risk, improve visibility and support safer site operation.
3. License and Use
When you purchase Watchdog Security Suite PRO, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of websites included in your selected plan.
You may not:
– resell, redistribute, sublicense or share your license key;
– attempt to bypass license activation or usage limits;
– use the product in a way that violates applicable laws;
– reverse engineer or modify the product for malicious purposes;
– use the Threat Network or security feeds for abuse, scraping, resale or unauthorized redistribution.
4. License Term, Updates and Access
Licenses are sold on an annual basis unless otherwise stated.
An active license may include:
– plugin updates;
– security feed updates;
– vulnerability feed access;
– malware signature updates;
– Threat Network access, where available;
– support according to the purchased plan.
If your license expires or is cancelled, the installed plugin may continue to run on your website, but access to updates, support, security feeds, vulnerability feeds, malware signature updates and Threat Network services may stop.
5. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may appear on your bank or card statement.
Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, billing emails and some checkout-related customer communications.
Your purchase may also be subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms, Refund Policy and Privacy Notice.
6. Renewals and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.
If you cancel, your license will normally remain active until the end of the paid license period.
7. Refunds

Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
8. Support
Support is provided for customers with an active license.
Support may include help with installation, activation, plugin settings, compatibility questions and troubleshooting related to Watchdog Security Suite PRO.
Support does not include:
– custom development;
– full malware cleanup unless explicitly offered separately;
– server administration;
– repair of unrelated WordPress, theme, plugin or hosting issues;
– guaranteed recovery from every security incident.
9. Compatibility
Watchdog Security Suite PRO is designed for WordPress websites and may include WooCommerce-specific protection features.
You are responsible for ensuring that your website, hosting environment, WordPress version, PHP version, plugins and themes are compatible with the product.
We make reasonable efforts to avoid false positives and compatibility issues, but security features may occasionally require configuration or adjustment depending on the site environment.
10. Security and No Guarantee
Watchdog Security Suite PRO is a security tool. It can reduce risk, detect suspicious activity and help protect your website, but it cannot guarantee that your website will never be hacked, infected, attacked, damaged, blacklisted or abused.
You remain responsible for:
– maintaining backups;
– keeping WordPress, plugins and themes updated;
– using secure passwords;
– maintaining secure hosting;
– reviewing security alerts;
– complying with applicable laws.
11. Threat Network and Security Feeds
Some features may connect to Watchdog Security Suite services to receive security feeds, vulnerability intelligence, malware signatures or Threat Network risk data.
The Threat Network is designed to share security signals and risk intelligence. It is not intended to share customer checkout data, payment details or private website content.
Availability of feeds and network services may depend on an active license.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use Watchdog Security Suite PRO or related services to:
– attack, scan, overload or abuse third-party systems;
– collect or resell security feed data without authorization;
– attempt to disrupt the Watchdog Threat Network;
– submit false, manipulated or abusive security signals;
– violate applicable laws or rights of others.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumiverse Dynamic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, website downtime, security incidents or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the product or services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product during the 12 months before the claim.
14. Changes to the Product or Terms
We may update, improve, modify or discontinue features of Watchdog Security Suite PRO over time.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
