We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of Watchdog Security Suite PRO.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

2. Renewals
Subscription renewals are non-refundable.

3. Refunds After 30 Days

6. What Happens After a Refund
If a refund is approved:
– your license may be deactivated;
– access to updates, support, security feeds, vulnerability feeds, malware signature updates and Threat Network services may stop;
– you must stop using Watchdog Security Suite PRO on your websites.
7. Paddle Refund Processing
Refunds may be processed by Paddle. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, bank or card provider.
Your purchase may also be subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy.
